A Home Newborn Session - Presel Family

This family was SO much fun to work with! I absolutely love newborn sessions mainly because squishy babies are my favorite, but also because there’s something extra beautiful about photographing families in the comfort of their own home. It’s just more relaxed and natural. This 6 day old bundle of joy was a dream to photograph. He was so sweet and sleepy, so posing was quite easy. We even managed to get a photo of these brothers with their dog! I just love every single image and I’m so excited to share them with the Presel family.

A Hartwood Acres Maternity Session - Courtney

Hartwood acres is one of my favorite locations for any type of photo session. It’s such a romantic looking area which was perfect for Courtney’s maternity photos. She looked absolutely stunning in her long, lace gown. We had the opportunity to use a beautiful bassinet that I purchased last month as well! The entire session highlights her beautiful pregnancy and the ‘glow’ that comes with it.

In-home Newborn Session | Baby Joel

I had the pleasure of taking this lovely couple’s maternity photos in the fall and they were a blast to work with! Naturally, I was so excited when Brooke and Josh asked me to photograph them with their new baby boy! When I arrived to their home and met little Joel, I was absolutely smitten! We took so many beautiful photos, both of them as a family and of little Joel alone…I just love how they turned out!

Twin Newborn Session | Carretta Babies

I was so excited to take this amazing family’s photos in the fall at Settlers Cabin Park. Their little boy kept us all on our toes but made me smile non-stop. When I found out that he was going to become a big brother x2 soon, we decided to take some simple maternity photos with an ultra sound photo that day as well.

Naturally, I was THRILLED when his Mom asked me to take their twin’s newborn photos once they arrived…but I will say I was a tiny bit nervous because I had only photographed twin newborns once before, many years ago. It was definitely a challenge at the beginning, but once these sweet brothers fell asleep, we created some really beautiful images. I love every single photo we took that day.
